Let's cook dinner
Join your Harvest Market Dietitian, Emily, for a 4-course salmon dinner, featuring springy flavors and in-season veggies! The following courses will be demonstrated by the instructor and enjoyed by participants:
- Course 1 roasted lemon-honey cauliflower with dates & pistachios over whipped labneh & toasty pita
- Course 2: warm mediterranean salad with garbanzo beans, aritchoke, spinach & feta
- Course 3: panko crusted salmon with roasted green beans
- Course 4: creamy lemon whip with crushed biscotti & blueberries

About the Class
- Doors open at 5:15pm with class starting promptly at 5:30 pm and ending around 7pm.
- Seats are first come, first served
- Due to limited space, holding seats outside of your reserved seat(s) is not permitted.
- Participants will be given generous tastings of each dish prepared, plated individually for each participant.
- Printed recipes will be provided for each participant.
- Bottled water will be provided.
- You are welcome to shop the store before the class for another beverage if you wish, including beer/wine or ready-made cocktails. Glasses can be provided upon request. **Please note: all beverages must be consumed before leaving class
