Classic Bruschetta with Crostini

- 1 Pound Roma tomatoes
- 1 to 2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 3 to 4 Leaves Basil leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 T. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T. Red or white wine vinegar
- 1 Pinch Sugar
- To Taste Salt and pepper
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes up to 1 day before serving.
