Classic bruschetta with crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Roma tomatoes
  • 1 to 2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 3 to 4 Leaves Basil leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 T. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 T. Red or white wine vinegar
  • 1 Pinch Sugar
  • To Taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes up to 1 day before serving.
