Transform everyday ingredients into an edible work of art during this interactive charcuterie experience with Myranda and Chef Marlen of Apricot Sun!

Guests will watch as we create beautifully styled seasonal boards while learning approachable techniques for arranging meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. We’ll demonstrate how to build balance, incorporate color and texture, create edible flowers and charcuterie roses, and make a showstopping checkered watermelon and feta centerpiece.

But this class isn’t just about watching- we’re putting you to work, too!

Apricot Sun’s four Charcuterie Board Sauces each feature a specially curated ingredient pairing printed right on the bottle. Guests will select ingredients from the completed boards and personally assemble all four recommended pairings, experiencing how the right combination of meat, cheese, produce and sauce can transform a single bite.
