Featuring Nichole Lewis
Only 24 spots available
You asked, and we listened! After so many requests for another introductory sourdough class this month, we’re adding one more opportunity to start your sourdough journey from the very beginning.
Join Nichole Lewis for a hands-on introduction to the foundations of sourdough baking. This class is designed for beginners and focuses on taking the mystery out of sourdough by letting you see it, feel it, practice it, taste it- and take it home.
Nichole will demonstrate the foundational steps of working with sourdough, and then it’s your turn! You’ll get hands-on practice mixing, kneading, shaping, and working with dough so you can build the confidence to recreate the process in your own kitchen.
Together, we’ll watch an active starter before and after feeding, learn what a healthy starter should look and smell like, and talk about how to incorporate sourdough into your weekly routine without letting it take over your life.
We’ll also bake a fresh loaf during class and enjoy warm sourdough samples alongside some of Myranda’s favorite local and house-made toppings.
And the best part?
Every guest will leave with their very own sourdough starter ready to feed, grow, and begin baking with at home.
No sourdough experience necessary. Just bring your curiosity, be prepared to take notes and ask questions- we’ll help with the rest.
Space is limited to just 24 guests, and our introductory sourdough classes tend to fill quickly. Reserve your seat early!
