From Flour to Fettuccine: An Authentic Handmade Pasta Workshop
June 28 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Join us for a hands-on culinary experience as we welcome Diane Self of Tall Girl Pasta to The Nook for an afternoon dedicated to the art of fresh pasta making.
In this interactive workshop, guests will learn how to create authentic fettuccine completely from scratch—from mixing and kneading the dough to rolling, cutting, and drying their finished pasta. Working in pairs, participants will use professional pasta-making equipment and receive step-by-step instruction throughout the process.
This is a fully hands-on class, not a demonstration. Every guest will actively participate in making fresh pasta and leave with the skills and confidence to recreate the experience at home.
Best of all, you’ll take home the fresh fettuccine you make in class, ready to enjoy for dinner that evening.
Whether you’re a passionate home cook, looking for a unique date experience, or simply love fresh pasta, this workshop offers a fun and memorable way to learn from a local artisan pasta maker.
