Farmer Feature: Echo Valley Orchard

Celebrate local peaches with us at Harvest Market!

Join us Saturday and Sunday, July 19th and 20th as we shine a spotlight on sweet local peaches from Echo Valley Orchards in Carbondale, IL. On Saturday, meet the farmer behind the fruit and hear the story of the orchard firsthand. On Sunday, enjoy a free canning demonstration of grilled peach salsa from local expert Sue Tiger.

All weekend long, each department will be serving up house-made dishes and treats featuring Echo Valley peaches. Grab peach focaccia from the bakery, peach margaritas from the bar, spicy peach habanero wings from the Farmhouse, and so much more!
