Join us at Niemann Harvest Market for a festive edition of The Handmade Pasta Series featuring Diane Self of Tall Girl Pasta!

In this hands-on culinary experience, you’ll learn the art of authentic Italian pasta-making while putting a playful Halloween twist on tradition. We’re trading ordinary pasta for festive orange and black creations! Our orange pasta will be flavored with tomato, while our black pasta gets its dramatic color from charcoal.

Whether you’re planning a fall date night, gathering your girlfriends, or simply looking to learn something new, this class is the perfect combination of creativity, culinary skill, and seasonal fun!

What You’ll Experience:

• Make authentic Italian pasta dough completely from scratch.
• Learn to knead, roll, and laminate pasta by hand.
