A simple flatbread taken to the next level with Apricot Sun Za’atar Spice Charcuterie Board Sauce for the ultimate savory, zesty flavor.

🍗 Main Course: Deep-Pan Chicken & Vegetable Medley
Tender chicken roasted with sweet potatoes, carrots and onions, featuring Apricot Sun’s signature spice blends.

💛 Dessert: Hariseh
A traditional semolina dessert made with tahini and yogurt, baked until golden and finished with almonds. A special family favorite from Chef Marlen’s sister Carol.
