Ready to take your homemade pasta to the next level?

Join Diane Self of Tall Girl Pasta for the next installment of our Handmade Pasta Series. This time, we’re adding flavor and color directly into the dough!

Guests will make authentic Italian pasta dough completely from scratch, then choose their own flavor: Cracked Pepper, Tomato Basil, Garlic, or Spinach.

You’ll learn how to roll pasta by hand before moving to professional pasta machines to roll, laminate, press, and cut your fresh dough. Then, choose your preferred noodle width, from delicate ribbons to rustic pappardelle or even lasagna sheets.

This is a fully hands-on experience, and the pasta you make is yours to take home and enjoy!

Whether you’ve joined Diane for one of our previous pasta classes or this is your very first time making pasta from scratch, you’re welcome to jump in.
