Oyster & Wine Pairing Experience: with Motor City Seafood Co.

Join us for an interactive evening of oysters, wine, and culinary fun at Harvest Market’s Oyster & Wine Pairing Experience!

Hosted by Motor City Seafood Company, this hands-on class will guide guests through preparing and enjoying oysters three delicious ways: Fresh Raw Oysters, Oysters Rockefeller, and a Fried Oyster Po’ Boy. Guests will follow along at their own station while learning oyster preparation techniques, tasting wine pairings selected for each preparation, and enjoying a live cooking demonstration.

Each guest will receive:
• Wine pairings throughout the class
• Interactive oyster instruction and tastings
