Join us for an immersive Mediterranean cooking experience that brings sweet + savory together beautifully! In this hands-on Nook class, you’ll learn how to make spiced kofta served with home-made tzatziki, roasted vegetables, and warm za’atar flatbread, then finish the night by creating a stunning homemade baklava layered with nuts, spices, and golden crispy phyllo.

We’ll walk through the signature flavor profiles of the Mediterranean, proper spice balancing, and easy techniques you can take home and recreate for holiday hosting, family dinners, or special occasions. You’ll sample everything we make, take home printed recipes for each dish, and leave with rich culinary inspiration for your next feast night.
