Cooking in the Nook with Adam Wisnewski

Join us for a lively culinary experience that celebrates the fall harvest: delicata squash and Cosmic Crisp apples! Guest Chef Adam Wisnewski will be hosting a cooking demonstration in the Nook on October 5th. Adam is a personal cook and has been cooking for over 45 years!

 

What’s on the menu?

  • Garlic Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Delicata Squash
  • Rustic Mashed Potatoes
  • Tomato Twist Bread
  • Cosmic Apple Sponge

 

About the Class:

-Each participant will be given generous tastings of each dish prepared. You will also be given a printed copy of the recipe to take home & try yourself!

-Doors will open at 5:45pm with the class starting promptly at 6:00pm.

-Menus are set and some dietary accommodations may not be available. If you have any questions about ingredients, please email Adam at awiz1@yahoo.com  

-The mezzanine bar will be open and serving! Check out our local beer selection, wine, and specialty cocktails.
