Mark your calendars for Oct 19th because Adam is back with another exciting cooking demonstration! This time we’re taking a journey to the Mediterranean. We’ll begin with a crowd pleaser: classic flavors of chicken, lemon, and oregano come together for a rich pasta dish. Fresh vegetables make the perfect accompaniment as a traditional Greek Salad. Adam will also teach the secret of whipping up a quick focaccia bread! Dessert will consist of home-made granola and sweetened yogurt featuring local Sasse’s honey. About the Class:
-Each participant will be given generous tastings of each dish prepared. You will also be given a printed copy of the recipe to take home & try yourself!
-Doors will open at 5:45pm with the class starting promptly at 6:00pm.
-The mezzanine bar will be open and serving! Check out our local beer selection and specialty cocktails.
